Hostile Architect release date, demo, and price
There is no calendar date. Steam’s release_date object is { coming_soon: true, date: "To be announced" }. The press kit status is Pre-release, which is not Early Access and not a dated launch.
Source notes
Steam and the press kit were verified on 13 October 2026: no release year or quarter is announced, no demo is listed, and the Steam news API has zero items. A discussion asking about a demo is a player question, not an official schedule.
Three blanks, on purpose
Release date: To be announced. Demo: the store page has no demo section. Price: price_overview is null, and no preorder is listed. Early Access: the press kit uses Pre-release rather than Early Access.
The Steam API lists DEJUS 6, Steam Germany 6, and IGRS 13. The German field is steam_germany, not a USK certification. These age-rating fields do not announce a release date.
Where a date would show up
The places that have carried news so far are the YouTube channel and the Steam community, not the news feed. The reveal trailer went up on 22 September 2026. Four Shorts followed through 6 October 2026. None of those titles state a launch day.
This page will change when the Steam date string changes. Until then the honest headline is still “to be announced.”
